A booking enquiry is a request

The form on the events page sends us an enquiry. It is not a reservation and it is not a confirmation. Nothing is agreed and no date is held until we have written back to you and confirmed it in writing, including what it costs.

We answer enquiries within two days. If you have not heard from us in that time, please assume something went astray and write to us directly rather than assume the date is yours.

What is on the page can change

Opening hours, menus, prices, event formats and workshop dates are published in good faith and change with the season, the supplier and the day. We keep them as current as we can, but nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee. If a detail matters to your plans, ask us and we will confirm it.

The content belongs to the house

The photographs, texts, illustrations, logo and name on this site are ours or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to the site and to share it. You may not copy the material for commercial use, or present it as your own, without asking first. Write to us — the answer is usually yes.

Limits

We keep the site running and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or entirely free of error. To the extent Danish law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site, or from information on it that was out of date at the moment you read it.

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by agreement.

Law

Danish law applies, and any dispute belongs to the Danish courts.
